Meat Draft #9

The One With the Rules

This draft will be an even per team split of the cost, instead of weighing and paying per pound after the draft. This will favor larger items rather than lighter ones, since the cost is essentially per pick, instead of per pound.

Pick order will be decided by random card draw for beef, and then reversed for pork.

No proxies are allowed without a dedicated physical representative present at the draft.

Multi-party teams are encouraged to trade or otherwise split their portions after drafting is complete, but the draft order is unable to accommodate half teams.

It will be interesting to see how bacon and fillets fare on equal footing with roasts. Dean has been dreaming of this for years.

Hooray! We'll go get the meat first thing in the morning. We usually get back at around 10. We will still inventory it, but we don't need to weigh it because WE'RE PAYING A FLAT PER TEAM RATE THIS TIME!

So probably 11 is the earliest we could draft, but we don't want to wait too long in case some of it doesn't fit in the freezers.

1PM is about the usual time, can everyone make it then? We could push picking it up a little bit if that's too early for everyone.

This Draft Contained:

64 Cuts of Beef

54 Cuts of Pork
