Our first stop on the Enchantment Cruise was in Port Canaveral Florida, a place you might most associate with rocket launches (and you’d be right). We opted not to sign up for one of the tours of a NASA hangar and instead hopped into a taxi to experience the town.
This may have been a missed opportunity but we just were not in the mood to be hustled around in a tour group on and off the bus. Instead we took a leisurely stroll on the beach, out the fishing pier, and poked in a few of the local shops. It was actually a lovely afternoon and we were more focused on enjoying our time rather than seeing all the things.
A sleepy beach town with not much to do but dip your toes in the water and enjoy a beverage or two with the view. I got some pretty good photos along the way too!
