Hey, as much as people maligned G+, it served a role. Of course that role was also served by Google Reader, but don't get me started on that.
Linked In
Linked in seems like it could be useful for collecting up people with various skillsets. But in reality I never actually use it to tap a professional network as a problem solving solution.
